QC12K-HTYK SERIES-NC HYDRAULIC SHEARING MACHINE /HYDRAULIC CUTTING MACHINE: it is used to cut metal sheet plates.

1.DESCRIPTIONS:

1.This series NC hydraulic shearing machine use swing type NC controller panel.The back gauge use fine ball screw with high accuracy.The operation and moving speed is more fast than standard shearing machine.

2.Whole machine is welded structrue and through vibration to elimiate stress to make sure long years usage without deformation.

3.For different cutting thickness,right side of machine,there is handwheel to adjust clearance between blades,easy and fast to adjust.

4.Lighting alignment is equipment with machine.

5.Bosch valve and USA hydraulic pump to make sure long service life and very low noise when machine cut the metal sheet.

6.Back side of machine,there are slidding system to slide out the cutted plate from machine.
