1.DESCRIPTIONS:

1.Hydraulic press brake or metal sheet bending machine is used to bend the metal sheet plate such as mild steel,stainless steel etc.

2.Through the hydraulic system to provide power pressure to force the metal sheet to be bent with a certian angle.

3.Whole machine is welded structure and eliminate the stress by vibration.

4.The stroke of back gauge and ram are controlled by controller E21 with good accuracy and easy to operate.

5.Back gauge transmission can use ball screw and frequency driver,the position speed will fast,accuracy will be good.

6.Hydraulic valve use BOSCH and Sunny pump from USA with long service life and low noise during working.

7.The bending toolings can be customerized according to the jobs which customer to make.

8.Safety protection guards are used to protect the safety of operator.Also there are emergency stop buttons which are used to stop machine in case somethings happen.

9.Whole machine can be customerized or OEM.
